"We were in the newer wing on this visit. Spacious room (junior suite)and balcony. Excellent aircon. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeper lovely and helpful folding out the sofabed. Didn't eat in the hotel as there are lots of good places to choose from nearby."

The Rock Hotel

"We had one thing we wanted to do, go to the rock and see the monkeys. Staff told us where to go for shuttle but the shuttle stopped running at 4 pm. They failed to tell us that but they said we could go back at 9 am the next morning. The shuttle never came and all they could say was it is a different company. PM clerks even got a little snotty. Why not provide us with a phone number to call instead of having us climb up and down the hill to sit and wait. Great stayed ruined by a lack of help"
