the room was really nice, cookware could have been better a bit over used. also it would have been nice if the bar was open. breakfast was pretty good, room was clean I would stay here again. service was very nice. and the location was very good.

Great location with easy access to all you like to see in the city for your visit. My only negative was that the beds were all pretty hard, especially in the loft. But a wonderful breakfast the next day pretty much made up for it!

The hotel is well located and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was good. However, the service was disappointing. First, we arrive between the check-in hours and there was nobody to welcome us. It was raining, we were hungry and we wanted to go visit the town, but we were stocked with our luggages. The wifi was not working (as it is only working in the bedroom), so we could not write to the hotel. We asked a local to call the number left on the door, but no one answer either. A bit more than an hour later, we found someone. She told us that we should have received an email with the number of our room (we did not). Next morning, breakfast was served between 8 to 10 am. 7 minutes before 10 am, when we were finishing our coffee, they closed all the lights. Also, no one was at the reception for checkout. For these reasons, we do not recommend this hotel. The town is very small, so every hotels are well located. You can definitely get better for the price.

Two Rooms and a "Closet"!
One of our three rooms we were given was very small with a bed that had to be crawled into and only a tiny window. Room 8. They paid the same and got that tiny, hot room as the other two rooms were spacious. Charmingly appointed. We could tell the whole house we were in was empty, we inquired about switching them to Room 12 by us, unoccupied! The afternoon reception person, Teresa, lied and told us the place was fully booked, no changes could be made. She didn't care at all. The next day when we checked out, the reception person that kindly checked us out confirmed the rooms in the house we were in was available, the switch could have been made. The rooms two of us had were lovely, great location. Not happy with Room 8 and reception being so uncaring and dishonest. Might be nice to consider adding air conditioning.

I am sorry for Tereza, she definitely did not handle your situation professionally and did not follow basic rules of the quality service which we try to offer. You had the only 2 rooms that are the same in whole hotel, since the buildings are medieval therefore almost each room in the hotel is different. And also, the whole hotel is protected by the law (as a historically protected site), that means that no such big constructional changes - such as adding the air condition conducts and units - are allowed by the authorities. Position at the river. Easy short walk to Cloak Bridge (you can see it from window). Another short walk other way to the centre and restaurant. Very nice breakfast and breakfast room.

Perfect stay!!!
All was wonderful. Kindness at the reception and at the restaurant for breakfast. The room was very comfortable with very good style furniture and decorations. Bathtub fantastic!!! The access by car is not easy: part of the street giving access to the hotel is very very narrow!

Agréable séjour malgré la pluie
Ca été très compliqué de trouver l'emplacement de l'hôtel (mon gps ne fonctionnnant pas, hélas dans ce pays). La route est super étroite pour 1 seule voiture. Niveau accueil, Léona est super sympathique, accueillante, arrangeante. Sinon la chambre était très sympa, agréablement surpris par une cuisine en entrant. Salle de bains assez grande, literie assez confortable mais un peu dure. Gros bémol le manque de rideaux car il n’y a qu’un demi rideau qui ne sert à rien alors que sur les site c'est écrit rideaux opaques occultants. Obligés de coller des magazines pour ne pas être réveillés à 5h du matin. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix pour nous français, plus axé sur pays de l'est. Séjour sympa dans l’hôtel grâce au côté typique de la ville.

Full mark hotel in CK town
The staff was really helpful and considerate, they offered us a self check -in service when we arrive beyond the stated check-in period. The room was large and cosy, well equipped and the interior was well decorated. Sadly, we wasn't able to connect the wifii in the bedroom. A must stay hotel in CK for everyone.

Dieses schnuckelige Hotel liegt wunderbar direkt an der Moldau - zwar ist die Anfahrt mit dem PKW ein ziemliches Abenteuer durch engste Gäßchen (man schickt Stoßgebete gen Himmel, damit es keinen Gegenverkehr gibt), aber danach wird alles entspannt. Unser Zimmer hatte eine gemütlich „Schlafhöhle“, die Sauberkeit war makellos. Ein großes Frühstück gab uns ordentlich Kraft für die Besichtigung dieser absolut einzigartigen Stadt.

숙박 후기가 그렇게 많지 않아서 고민했는데 정말 예쁘고 깨끗한 숙소예요. 에어컨이 없지만 밤에 덥지 않아서 상관 없었습니다. 유럽에서 지금까지 묵은 숙소중에 제일 좋았어요:D
