Siamo stati 2 notti con un cagnolino, personale molto accogliente con il nostro cane, sono stati disponibili e felici di accoglierlo. Signora delle pulizie molto Gentile ed efficace. Colazione un po’ confusionaria per eccesso di servizio, troppi camerieri e avremmo preferito la possibilità di servirci al buffet autonomamente, ma camerieri comunque bravi e prodotti di qualità.

Very nice hotel. Very cool entrance area & bar. The room was average. Could hear a waste pipe on occasions. Stayed here for Ironman Italy. 1.5 miles from start line. Easy to get to with the free bike the hotel supplies. It’s a quality hotel. But it’s the staff who are the best thing. They are amazing. And worth booking just for them.

We booked this as I really need a pool due to a serious back condition and therefore was very upset to be told the rooftop ‘ pool’ was only for relaxing and NOT swimming. It is basically a large jacuzzi which I could not get to work. We went to relax on the first evening and the area has only seating for 14 people and was full. This is a hotel with 60 rooms!!! Roberta also told me we had to pay to use the spa and their car park which was unbelievable and left me in tears . I informed them in advance of our special anniversary and there was no recognition of it at all.!!! Our room was tiny and boring with an awful bathroom. I asked to change and the only room offered was still tiny but had a small view of the sea. The bathroom was better. We paid the supplement but felt very disappointed from the start and this affected our anniversary. I like to book directly with the hotel but when I called it was €120 more than Expedia and the hotel would not price match , which is ridiculous as they have to pay Expedia 20%. The animal hide in the reception is hideous also.. The hotel is very clean and tidy and there are 2 exceptional staff with great smiles and superb interpersonal skills. Anna in Reception and Michael who runs a fabulous breakfast service.

La chambre était petite et commence à être vétuste. Beaucoup de bruits le matin de bonne heure avec le ménage et des portes qui claquent fortement. Nous avons réclamé a plusieurs reprises un étendoir à mettre sur le balcon pour sécher les maillots de bains. Il est arrivé au bout de 4 jours. Beaucoup de sollicitation à la consommation, rien d'offert, même pas l'eau fraîche, qui peut vous coûter jusqu'à 40 € pour un séjour... Le personnel est toutefois sympathique et les jeunes apprentis essaient de bien faire malgré quelques maladresse, des débarrassages de table un peu rapide.

En général l'hôtel était très bien, buffet petit-déjeuner parfait et hôtel propre. Cependant, le jour de l'arrivée, le sol de la chambre était moyen (poussiéreux), concernant la chambre, le matelas du lit était très dur (trop) et quant à la salle de bain c'était propre mais très abîmée: le mur et carrelages au mur craqués et la douche ne valait aucune étoile, en effet les parois de la douche étaient défectueuses et la vieillesse a laissé la rouille s'installer. Aucun geste commercial n'a été accordé malgré la discussion.

Nice hotel - staff very friendly and in a good position. The only criticism I have is the picture of the swimming pool - the pool is small and my husband could stand in the middle and touch both sides!!!

La struttura si presenta molto bene in quanto ben curata, forse la migliore della zona. La camera che ci è stata assegnata tuttavia non rendeva giustizia al resto: tende sporche e bucate, doccia non fissata bene che spruzzava acqua ovunque anche dopo averlo fatto presente in reception, vernice dei divisori del piccolo terrazzino scartata. La ciliegina sulla torta è stato il fatto di poter utilizzare il wc soltanto aprendo il box doccia. E' davvero un peccato che una struttura con un potenziale del genere debba avere una così scarsa qualità prezzo.

Inte så lyxigt...

Hotellet i sig var väldigt fint och lever upp till sina 4 stjärnor. Däremot var det en stor besvikelse att vårt rum var så dåligt, extremt lyhört. Sängarna var fruktansvärt obekväma (mer tältsängar) och gick inte att sova under de 5 nätter vi var där. Efter att ha gått ner och frågat om möjligheten att byta rum till ett som hade riktiga sängar så fick man veta att vill man ha riktiga sängar så måste man betala för att bli uppgraderade till ett lyxigare rum. Sängarna kändes som en bestraffning för att man bokade deras "billiga" rum. Vårt rum speglade inte alls den lyxen de vill förmedla. Utöver det så var hotellet fint i sig, frukosten var riktigt bra och fräsch och det var väldigt nära till stranden. Där måste man betala för solsängar och parasoll. Allt som allt så skulle jag vilja ge ett högre betyg, men de "sängar" vi fick var under all kritik och det drar ner troligt mycket på betyget. Antingen så ser man till att "lyxen" genomsyrar hotellet och ser till att där finns riktiga sängar i varje rum eller så tar man bort en stjärna från detta hotell.

hotel molto carino , preciso che siamo stati lì appena prima che si aprisse la stagione estiva quindi l'abbiamo vista al suo meglio. Personale professionale soprattutto quello di sala al ristorante (qualità dei giovani camerieri alta) molto bravo e attento.

Great hotel, near the beach, very friendly staff!

We love to come to MiMa and loved our short trip in this hotel! The room is not so big but you have everything you need! Staff is super friendly and open for special request! Very kid-friendly! The pool on the rooftop is nice! The beach is right behind the hotel and the city center a 5min walk... No negative points at all!
