Wonderful hotel. Booked for 4 days for Ironman Italy, and service was exceptional; they accommodate for bike storage, early breakfast, late checkin … etc The hotel is less than a minute walk to the beach and less than 10 mins walk to the bike transition; lot’s of restaurants, supermarkets, shops nearby (waling distance). Room had a wonderful seaview

-Reception ist nicht immer besetzt (inkl. öffnungszeiten) - -Zimmerschlüssel hat den Safeschlüssel daran, welcher nicht an einer unbewachten und für alle zugänglichen Reception abgegeben werden will. -Beim Frühstück gibt es nur Kartonteller und Plastikbecher -Dusche ist sehr klein und sehr unpraktisch mit dem Bidet drin -Fenster haben eine einfach verglasung -> Gäste vom Restaurant neben an hört man sehr gut -Matraze und Kissen sind unbequem -Personal begrenzt sich auf den nötigsten kundenkontakt - kaum hilfsbereitschaft

sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Ich begleitete meinen Sohn und einige Freunde an den IRONMAN - Hotel Rita ist eine sehr gute Wahl- nahe bei allem, was nötig ist, sehr freundlich, sauber und angenehm. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück!!! Und so zuvorkommend: am 1. Renntag, der ja noch sozusagen nachts beginnt, stand das Frühstück bereits um 5.00 bereit- toller service! Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!

Aspetto positivi: posizione, pulizia stanza, cucina (tranne le bevande del mattino), comodità letti (compreso il lettino singolo per il bambino che era un letto vero e proprio e non la solita branding aggiuntiva che viene messa all’ultimo) Aspetto meno positivi: dimensione camera (piccola), servizio in sala non sempre organizzatissimo a nostro avviso. Aspetto negativo: con expedia avevamo optato per la pensione completa. in reception al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che le bevande non erano però incluse. In sala invece ci è stato detto che un’acqua x pasto era inclusa.. 🤔 conclusione: abbiamo dovuto pagare il bere perché avendo usato un intermediario (expedia) per la prenotazione la pensione completa non era di fatto così “completa” e non includeva il bere… .

Ci hanno cambiato l'hotel a 3 giorni dall'arrivo dicendoci telefonicamente che avevano esigenza di spostarci presso l'Astor hotel senza dare spiegazioni. Abbiamo accettato ma è stato un grosso sbaglio. Un problema dopo l'altro, senza scarico in bagno, doccia guasta....
