For a 4 stars hotel there’s quite a lot room for improvement. The room was very old fashioned, the bathroom not too clean. The bed mattress was uncomfortable. There were 4 dogs around the swimming pool. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Avevo prenotato una camera per due notti e all’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una completamente diversa da come appariva nelle foto da voi pubblicate sia per tipologia che per dimensioni. Al nostro disappunto ci hanno proposta una stanza identica ma per portatori di handicap con il bagno più grande, ma attrezzato, che abbiamo rifiutato. Interpellato il vostro servizio clienti, ci ha fatto gentilmente attendere per trovare telefonicamente una soluzione con l’hotel, che aveva poi promesso di trovare una soluzione con la titolare. In tarda serata l’hotel ci ha chiamato per offrici, per gentile concessione e senza costi aggiuntivi, un upgrade. Sorpresa: la camera era la stessa ma diventava quadrupla quando le due brandine attaccate al muro venivano sganciate! Da aggiungere che con la poco spontanea parvenza di gentilezza del personale ci siamo pure sentiti presi in giro! In definitiva abbiamo soggiornato in una stanzetta minuscola dove a malapena si passava alternandoci e con un bagno che per usare il lavabo bisognava aprire e piegare le porte della doccia! Grazie Hotel per aver verificato ciò che si propone cioè hotel 4 stelle con camera accettabilissima e bagno con doccia doppia!!!

Dalla camera tipologia standard non si direbbe che l’hotel sia un 4 stelle. La camera assegnata inizialmente era veramente piccola e scomoda rispetto a metratura data e foto presenti in hotels.com all’atto della prenotazione. Comunque dopo la prima notte la camera è stata sostituita con una più spaziosa. La colazione non era ricca e variegata come in altre strutture 4 stelle e anche la qualità dei prodotti non soddisfacente. Gentilezza dello staff nella norma. Buona senza dubbio la posizione

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch der Service beim Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind erschreckend klein. Man weiß gar nicht wo man seine Koffer parken soll und muss dann um all die Hindernisse tippeln. Das wirkliche Übel war der Balkon! Bei ca. 2qm hat zwar keinen Platz für Stühle gehabt, dafür aber für zwei Kübel mit komplett abgestorbenen, vertrockneten Pflanzen und einer Mitsubishi air condition. Der Ausblick versprach Blechdächer und die Wohnungen der anliegenden Anwohner. Der Pool befand sich genau an der Straße gegenüber des Hotels. Entspannt am Pool liegen mit vorbei fahrenden Autos? Nein! Toll, dass es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt, der jedoch so klein ist, dass wenn ein großes Auto dort steht, kein anderes mehr reinpasst. Hilfe von der Rezeption, einen Parkplatz zu finden, Fehlanzeige. Zusammengefasst fanden wir die 4 Sterne und den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, wirklich eine Frechheit! Gern würden wir Bilder einstellen, die aussagekräftiger sind als Worte......

Ett hotell med perfekt läge till strand, centrum och gångpromenaden längs kanalen, nära till allt. Pool tvärs över en liten gata. Ingen vidare frukost utefter svenska hotells standard. Mycket begränsad parkering vid hotellet. Lite krångliga regler med inlämning/utlämning av nycklar, kort, handdukar osv. Hotellrummens standard skiljde sig åt ganska mycket. Vi var två par som bokade exakt samma standard/prisnivå och fick väldigt olika storlekar på rum, balkong och inredning.
