Un po’ deluso di questo albergo che dovrebbe essere di alto livello. Sono tornato ieri a Casa e oggi sono a letto malato. Ho prenotato una sala per due giorni per i miei clienti . Domenica purtroppo faceva freddo nella sala e ci siamo ammalati in 3. Dopo vari tentativi e domande sul come sistemare la situazione ho dovuto dire alla responsabile che se il problema non fosse stato risolto entro il pomeriggio avrei cambiato albergo. Da quel momento lì si sono attivati e hanno risolto. Può succedere di avere un problema di climatizzazione..anche se in un quattro stelle lusso non dovrebbe esistere. La cosa che mi da veramente fastidio è che non mi hanno proposto un rimborso ne uno sconto. Anzi! Mi hanno fatto pagare tutto ciò che avevamo preso nella sala, bottigliette d’acqua sala e camera , caffè.. a mio avviso avrebbero potuto offrici qualcosa solo per chiedere scusa. Nulla da dire sul personale, loro eccezionali. Soprattutto il maitre!

Ottimo soggiorno

Il soggiorno in hotel è stato per una notte sola in una camera “executive“, niente da dire per qualità, comfort e pulizia. La camera pur non essendo una standard risulta abbastanza piccola (ma in riviera è così) e forse bisognerebbe allungare l’orario in cui è possibile fare colazione ( fino alle 10 non ti permette in pieno di godere della magnifica colazione in giardino, almeno in estate).

Bene ma.........necessario migliorare qualcosa.

Hotel molto curato un ottima colazione in un bell ambiente. I problemi sono sul "contorno". Pagare la spiaggia dell hotel è una caduta di stile. Peggio e far pagare 3 euro per cambiare il telo. Il bagno della spiaggia non è all altezza della struttura, lavabo non funzionante, bar della spiaggia, bar dell hotel e ristorante con costi troppo alti. Il ricevimento non è all altezza di un quattro stelle nonostante abbia riscontrato gentilezza e buona volontà da parte di moltissimo personale. Peccato, avrebbe potuto essere un ottimo soggiorno ma si sono persi in particolari che urtano il cliente. A mio giudizio sarebbe più opportuno far pagare qualcosa in più al giorno ma non far pagare spiaggia e teli. Potranno sicuramente migliorare e fare il salto di qualità necessario
