I got an excellent rate for the time I was there. The hotel staff were very service oriented and they had a great offer on for breakfast and lunch. Within 3 min walk of the beach.

Lage ist in Ordnung, Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße sehr begehrt. Zimmer sehr hellhörig und bei der Zimmertür hatte man seitlich einen Lichtspalt zum Flur. Betten für große Menschen viel zu kurz, Kissen sehr hart. Seitlicher Ausblick auf Nachbarhotel/ Hinterhof gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstück bis 13 Uhr super, aber sehr eng wenn mehrere Leute gleichzeitig in dem kleinen Raum sind. Rührei 2x kalt :( und Auswahl auch begrenzt bzw. viel süßes Gebäck. Positiv: bei der Abreise gab es eine Flasche Wasser für die Fahrt. Kleine Geste große Wirkung!

Wir waren als Familie 4 Nächte im Hotel Noir – unser erster Italienurlaub und Urlaub dieser Art. Der Einstieg war etwas ungewohnt, da wir uns selbst um einen Parkplatz kümmern mussten. Zum Glück haben wir schnell einen kostenlosen Platz direkt vor dem Hotel gefunden. Am Strand „Holiday Village“ kann man Liegen + Schirm für mehrere Tage reservieren und die Schwimmbäder mitnutzen. 3 Tage (ab Reihe 5) hätten 105 € gekostet, ein Tagesticket 35 €. Reihe 1 lag je nach Saison bei 41–48 €. Das Hotel selbst war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig und einfach ausgestattet. Unsere Kinder hatten ein Metall-Etagenbett. Mit ruhigen Nachbarn schläft man gut, bei Familien mit kleinen Kindern kann es aber lauter werden. Das Frühstück war okay: viel Obst, viele Kuchen, aber frisches Brot hat mir gefehlt. Die Teller könnten größer sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Besonders loben möchte ich das Team beim Frühstück – stets bemüht und herzlich. Am Empfang hätten wir uns allerdings etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Engagement gewünscht. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, würden das Hotel aber eher als gutes 3-Sterne-Haus bewerten. 🍀

Hotel da schivare, le 4 stelle sono un omaggio!

Esperienza pessima! Prima ed ultima volta che soggiornerò in quell’hotel! Sono rimasto insieme alla mia compagna più di 40 minuti all’1 del mattino ad aspettare qualcuno alla reception che mi consegnasse la chiave per rientrare in stanza! Nessuno è mai arrivato, sono salito ed ho aperto la porta con una vecchia tessera….. il giorno dopo ho segnalato tutto alla receptionist che si mostrava sorpresa dell’accaduto e si scusava per quanto accaduto! Non reputo questa struttura possa essere da 4 stelle bensì un 3stelle al massimo al netto di quanto accaduto che reputo molto grave, a maggior ragione per il livello della struttura.

Hotel molto elegante e ben tenuto, situato in zoba tranquilla , ma non lontanissima dal centro comunque. Si arriva alla spiaggie in 5 minuti, dove si ha solo l'imbarazzo della scelta per i numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari. Personale davvero cortese, ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet. Esperienza veramente piacevole.

Uno dei migliori hotel nella zona Milano marittima/Cervia ho soggiornato qui per 2 notti e non posso che essere soddisfatto di tutto ciò che questo hotel offre a partire dalla gentilezza di tutto lo staff che ti fa sentire a casa alla colazione che dalle 7:30 fino alle 13 con un brunch davvero strepitoso, le camere un vero e proprio lusso… ci ritorneremo presto e per tantissime altre volte…

Hotel nuovissimo, bellissimo. Secondo me attualmente è uno degli Hotel 4 stelle più belli di Milano Marittima. La colazione è semplice FANTASTICA. È la prima volta che vedo una colazione così fatta bene e che dura fino alle 13:00 con un brunch spettacolare. Si può fare colazione alle 7:30 e ritornare alle 13:00, pratica è come se ci fosse un pranzo e tutto questo è compreso nel prezzo della camera, senza supplementi. Vale assolutamente tutti i soldi spesi.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti e non posso che definirlo perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. Fin dal check-in, il personale si è dimostrato cordiale, professionale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusi minibar, set di cortesia ,Il letto comodo e la tranquillità della struttura mi hanno garantito un riposo eccezionale. A partire dalle 7:30 con brunch fino alle 13 la colazione merita una menzione speciale: ricca, varia e con prodotti freschissimi, sia dolci che salati. Anche il ristorante dell’hotel ha superato le aspettative, con piatti deliziosi e un servizio impeccabile. Ho apprezzato molto anche le aree comuni, come la piscina, la terrazza panoramica ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite o lavoro. In sintesi: un soggiorno impeccabile. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi comfort, eleganza e ospitalità di alto livello.

Soggiorno impeccabile in un hotel che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Camere spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto moderno. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale, disponibile e professionale. La colazione a buffet, ricca e varia, ha reso ogni mattina un piacere. Posizione perfetta: vicina al centro ma in una zona tranquilla. I servizi offerti, sono di altissimo livello. Wi-Fi veloce e stabile in tutta la struttura. Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione e passione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Grande delusione, abbiamo prenotato questo hotel facendo affidamento sulle informazioni di Hotels.com in quanto normalmente affidabili. Hotel a 4 stelle costoso (600 euro per 2 notti per camera quadrupla delux) camera piccola, non si poteva parlare senza disturbare le camere confinanti. Sul sito questo hotel vanta una piscina convenzionata, e’ quella del bagno sulla spiaggia che per accedervi è necessario prendere l’ombrellone quindi non si capisce perché dicono che la piscina sia convenzionata …il bagno è convenzionato con gli hotel della zona. Il parcheggio self service in hotel con pochissimi posti quindi essendo pieno ogni 5 ore per tre volte al giorno e’ stato necessario fare il biglietto al parchimetro. Al check in non trovavano la nostra prenotazione, dopo un viaggio con traffico molto pesante stavano per mandarci via senza nessuna alternativa, poi grazie all’intervento di un collega di un hotel collegato hanno trovato la prenotazione e dopo essersi scusati ci hanno proposto di non farci pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Nota positiva la colazione abbondante e disponibile fino alle 13.00 e quindi permette di fare un pranzo leggero, sala per colazione estremamente rumorosa. Ci dispiace scrivere queste cose, l’hotel ha aperto da poco però far pagare più di 300 euro a notte e scrivere informazioni non corrette facendo credere cose che poi non esistono non ci è sembrato corretto, la gestione deve sicuramente migliorare, la struttura non ci e’ sembrata all’altezza della rata.
