Very nice location

We spent 2 weeks beginning of July. All is exactly what it is mentioned on the site. Our journey has been very nice. Vanessa was available for all request. We appreciated the cleaning of the location, it is well-equipped, well-protected as well. A strong point is that the location is closed to the bus stop to go easily to Rome. Two Weeks In Rome

This villa is ideally located for amazing coastal drives and easy train access to Rome. It's clean, well appointed, the pool is absolutely essential for hot mid-summer stays! Would recommend and stay again!

Perfect for a relaxing time after a full on few days in the city. Property was very clean and well kept. Lovely pool and great space helping our family have a relaxing holiday. Bus routes are a little complicated and don’t be fooled by Google maps as walking trails are not as accessible as they think but this is not a reflection of the villa or surroundings.

Wonderful Villa in great Area

What a wonderful villa with a pool and jacuzzi tub.The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very gracious. Extremely clean, with great bedding, towels and amenities. Kichen was well stocked with a bbq grill outside near tge fabulous pool.Great area near shopping, restraunts and bars. And close to amazing sites.A must do. I would reserve this villa in a heartbeat.A definite favorite for us.23 minutes to FCO airport, and not far from Rome.

After the buzz of Rome, we welcomed the chance to relax at Villa Iara. The owner and her rep were very accommodating and were flexible in allowing us to check in a bit early. Everything in the Villa was perfect including the well equipped kitchen. The Villa was also exceptionally clean! All told we had a very relaxing few days by the pool and exploring the old town of Cerveteri. Thanks!!

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in der Villa Iara verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Villa ist genauso schön und komfortabel wie im Internet beschrieben – eher noch besser. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberin und die Dame, die uns das Haus gezeigt hat, waren äußerst hilfsbereit und haben sich sofort um jedes kleine Anliegen gekümmert. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe von Rom Urlaub machen, würden wir unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall erneut in der Villa Iara verbringen. Für einen entspannten und angenehmen Urlaub können wir sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer der ältesten Gegenden um Rom…

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und wurden sogar mit einem Gläschen Prosecco empfangen-mega! Die Villa hält was sie verspricht, wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt. Ich würde gern was kritisches Schreiben, aber es gibt nichts zu kritisieren-für uns war es rund um perfekt. Prima Lage um Rom zu besuchen, einen nahegelegenen See zu besuchen, oder an den Strand zu gelangen. Lebensmittelversorgung ist gut und viele kleine Gaststätten zu guten Preisen in der Nähe. Kurzum, absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice house with surprising terraces at different levels.

Really nice house with a surprising sized pool in the backyard, surrounded by comfy sunbeds. This house has several terraces on all floors, including the roof. Good communication with really nice and helpfull people. Just one small remark, the house will not completely be opened for a party of two, if you book it with that amount of people. The price also goes up if you book the house with more people, because there will be more rooms opened by the tennant and there will also be more space to be cleaned and prepped, which is fair. But this is the first time I have booked a house, which had this important detail. Apart from that, which was easily settled, a great stay.
