"The staff was very friendly and helpful, the premises were clean and well maintained. The only one side for us was that overhead shower was not working, only the handheld one. Which is not a big issue but would’ve been nicer if both were working."

"I am not typically a fan of antiques and classic hotels but I liked this one. Sitting in the classic decor and looking out over the lake was a nice. We only had breakfast but the food prep and presentation were great. There seems to be a focus on dinning I thought from the food and the staff."

"The only great thing about this hotel are the views and the staff. It is very tired and the so called fabulous restaurant isn't even open for dinner. It is out of the way too. Nowhere ti sit and admire the views unless in the restaurant areas. How you describe it as exceptional is beyond me"

"Very comfortable beds, breakfast fantastic. Very clean, has everything you need, staff very friendly. Dinner options very limited and pricey so went out , church bells very noisy and every 15 mins. Views beautiful and nice walks around"
