The spaces are comfortable and spacious. The apartment has been completely renovated and is brand new in everything: from furniture to installations, up to the windows with double glazing. It is located on the first floor, has two double bedrooms: the first has a comfortable walk-in closet and a private terrace, the second has a private bathroom and a terrace that connects to the main one, from the dining room / living room.The living room is spacious and with a kitchen equipped with everything, even for longer stays.
Included in the price is the private outdoor parking space, adjacent to the condominium entrance ... very convenient to unload and load the car for stress-free arrivals and departures. The apartment overlooks the main street, the Via Aurelia. The neighborhood is full of everything you need to meet the most diverse shopping needs"
