"I booked the room because it showed air-conditioning as one of the amenities. However, I was never able to control the air conditioner, nor did it ever turn on by itself. The shower leaked into my room. Only 1 - yes ONE coffee pod for my 3 night stay! The cleaning staff couldn’t offer me any more ..."
