Room was spacious and had everything you needed. Staff were nice, even though one night at the restaurant we were left waiting over an hour for the food we ordered and when we asked where it was, turns out the kitchen staff had left! So we got no food but they did give us 3 complimentary drinks to use during our stay which was nice of them.
Really enjoyed this hotel, highly recommend.

Excellent location for exploring Amsterdam, right next to Leidseplein, few mins from Rijksmuseum, canal tours, easy walk to Vondelpark, inner canal ring, Anne Frank House etc. Close to many bars and eateries/restaurants. Trams stop just outside. Good choice foods at breakfast (buffet only, not cooked to order). We ate elsewhere in the evening, so can't comment on dinner. Nice clean room, large shower, comfy bed and pillows.
