"After 16 hours of intercontinental travel and train rides through Sweden, I am so glad the Elite Grand Hotel was my destination. The staff was welcoming in every interaction. I am particularly fond of the clerk who explained how the bus payment system worked. She kept at it until I understood that I should pay for my ticket in the app just as I entered the bus. "Great location, close to everything. Nice to have the kitchen, there were 4 of us staying overnight and the two who slept on the sofa bed said it was perfectly comfortable. The fridge didn't make any noise at all, which I think is important when you're sleeping in the same room as the kitchen! Good for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't really want to hang out there for any length of time. "
