I liked the accommodation is staffed throughout day and night, and that you can leave your key there if you want to so you don’t need to worry about losing it when going out partying or to the beach. Staff was kind and the area is pretty convenient between beaches in Ipanema & Copabana. They changed towels everyday which I wasn’t expecting and thought was nice.

The location of the hotel is great, it’s right across the street from the beach! The view from the rooftop patio is also mazing!! However the room, common areas, and breakfast are not ideal ( at least not for an 4 star hotel) Our room was clean, but it needed updating, and maintenance. The carpet in the hallways was really old and had a smell to it.

El proceso de checkin y checkout funciono sin ningun problema. La habitacion es amplia limpia y comoda. El buffete de desayuno, bastante completo. Nos gusto y fue muy util, el servicio adicional de guardar maletas despues de checkout.
La unica recomendación es respecto a las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación, estas son antiguas y se desconfiguran por lo que hay que pasar a recepcion a reconfigurar antes de entrar.

O quarto estava relativamente degradado, o jato do chuveiro não é tão bom e infelizmente há muito barulho nos corredores, parece que há muita atividade noturna. O atendimento é excelente e os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos.
