"Loved this spot!! Ilenia was amazing and picked me up from the train station. Excellent English. She sent me w a map of the city and even let me know about St Giuseppe festival that next night and where to go! The location was convenient to everything, right by the water. Although I did get lost a couple of time (my own fault) finding the spot at the end of the day. Rooms were beautiful. Shower was excellent. I loved this place and stayed there about 4 or 5 nights then made a switch to a spot w a kitchen. "

"The hotel is very nice, it is 3km to town where most restaurants are. Rooms are clean, beds and shower are great. Our issue was the room locks. Every day we came back, our key cards would not work. Had to walk back to the hotel front desk twice to get the cards reprogrammed and they still didn’t work. They had to rebuilt the lock the first day, the next day, same thing happened. Very frustrating "

"It was a wonderful experience. My children said they felt like they were staying in a Smurf house in Smurf Village. When we stepped into the house, the fireplace was lit and it was very warm inside. It was a beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean house. The location was excellent; very close to parking and the city center. As soon as we made the reservation, we were immediately sent a document containing detailed and helpful information. As a Turk, our expectations for breakfast were very high, so I would say the breakfast was average. However, the products were fresh and delicious. If I were to travel here again, I would choose this place again."

"A quaint and cool harbor of comfort during a pouring rain, which made our stay in Monopoli outstanding. Gabriella was particularly warm and inviting, a very friendly and courteous host and guide...her radiance overpowered the terrible weather! The room was one-of-a-kind, the perfect example of luxury, bespoke accommodations.The tub and fireplace were lovely features. The site--a former fishmonger's worksite directly on the harbor--added a historical significance. And the to-order breakfast was tasty and cheerfully delivered. Significant to us, Gabriella went out of her way to ship to us a forgotten item...the epitome of customer care. Highly recommend Palazzo Giuditta!"
