Yes, the food options were good and a vast variety of cuisines to choose from. The staff was very helpful and responded well to concerns. We had to change rooms and they were very accomodating. Problem was the A/C in some of the rooms that was not working well. In some rooms the A/C was not cooling enough. Experienced one bad incident with our Uber that was detained, immediately after we exit the Resort. I made a written report (on the resort's request) so the incident could be documented and addressed. The experience would have been almost prefect,if it had not been by that one incident when we did Not feel Safe and instead intimidated & threathen. This (police stopping cars) should not be happening near the Resort's grounds.

Lovely setting, beautiful grounds, nice staff, kids loved activities at pools. iguanas swim in the pool!
Staff at buffet work hard, especially omelette lady-she was great-always smiled!Our room on 9th floor had great views-the bathroom needs a total Renovation! high quality bedding.Only one elevator working in Tower 1.Had a great massage with Judy.
Food is not great here.The food in the specialty restaurants was not good. Very disappointing!
We would not pay extra for premium as we feel there is really no benefit.

Our stay was great!
Food was all good, but the the best part was the staff. Always welcoming, friendly and smiley. Leo tue bartender is amazing! Never forgets a name, or a drink, and always happy! Probably the best bartender i have come across.

The staff at the resort were all amazing - pool staff, entertainment staff, etc!
We found our room to be very humid which left it with a musky smell. It is in need of some upgrades - jetted tub was dirty and bathroom small for a family of four.
Other similar rooms we saw from our group appeared to have been upgraded and had the sink separate from the shower/toilet. Those rooms where definitely better!

The staff was friendly and eager to take care of you. The variety of food was impressive. The beach view from our room was great, even from the first floor. They had lots of activities and music onsite throughout the day and evening, and a place on site to book excursions.
