"Well, the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. The check-in staff were absolutely brilliant. I had issues with a couple of things they were sorting out straightaway with a friendly helpful approach to customer service. Breakfast was good with excellent choices, and the room was spotlessly clean. It’s rated very highly on various travel sites and I would definitely give it nine out of 10 not 10 out of 10."

"The rooms were old. They need renovations.
We had no shampoo and wash soap in the bathroom. No blow dryer for hair. Lots of kids running around the halls- very loud.
At checkout time only one reception working the front desk. Waited in line for 20+ minutes. "
