"The hotel is very well located. Rooms are comfortable but are missing some amenities like at least a kettle or coffee machine. Also we were there during the graduation festivities and it was a great experience but very noisy in the bedroom, not easy to get babies to fall asleep even with closed windows. The staff were ultra helpful in accomodating two cribs and some ice for some of our medicine. Great rooftop. Downside the breakfast. Not enough tables for all the clients and lacking a lot of good. Very slow service."

"This hotel was a perfect gem, small enough to feel intimate and offering impeccable service, but large enough to offer beautiful pool and spa spaces. We loved exploring Aveiro one day and having a lazy hotel day the next, when we took advantage of both pools, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and sensorial shower! The restaurant experience exceeded our expectations, with excellent service, 6 delicious "moments", and perfect wine pairings. Should the opportunity arise, I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I would highly recommend that other travellers to Portugal take the time to visit Aveiro and enjoy a stay at this wonderful hotel. Our only regret was that our itinerary dictated a two night stay and we all wished we had another night or two to enjoy the city and this beautiful hotel!"
