"Malheureusement Maryse ne vĂ©rifie pas sont cahier de compte lorsque le client arrive et repart. A peine arrivĂ©e elle nous dit qu'il faut rĂ©gler notre sĂ©jour alors que nous avions dĂ©jĂ  rĂ©glĂ© sur expĂ©dia depuis un mois. Ça m'engoisse dĂ©jĂ  alors que je viens pour me reposer et dĂ©connecter. En partant nous lui demandons que nous reste-il Ă  rĂ©glĂ©, elle vĂ©rifie son cahier et nous dit la taxe de 1 ,68€. Dans l'aprĂšs-midi quand je regarde mon tĂ©lĂ©phone je vois 3 messages, nous disant qu'on a oublier...

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"Great location in the city centre and near to the beach; professional and welcoming staff on Reception. The hotel has a lovely contemporary design and is very nicely furnished. We were allocated a bedroom on the 4th floor with a rooftop terrace which was a lovely surprise. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and of a nice design."
