We went out to eat came back our keys didn't work and when we went in after they gave us new keys we found out they gave keys to another family they went in and left wet towels in our room also we went to the pool to relax but the water was green an also the hot tub floor was also green

The room was clean and had a new floor. However It there was a very strong chemical smell of some sort that i didnt recognize. The smell seemed to follow me even after i left.
