Stayed in the private suites in which were located in another tower with sunset views. Felt very exclusive and everything was maintained very well. The only issue were: lack of signage for visitors who did not know that there's different check in locations, depending on your room, and that there were strict time constraints for accessing the pool. This meant that if you arrived late, and had to leave early, you will miss out on using most of the facilities. Otherwise, everything else was great!...

This condo exceeded our expectation. You can see the designer elements on the fitted appliances and furnitures are well thought out. It fits 3 adults comfortably. The bathroom size is huge and another plus points that the are washing machine and dryer. This location made it easy to explore the northern part of Okinawa. Clean and spacious room with cooking facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful, free bottle of water, towels and other amenities as required. Enough parking spaces available. Excellent to have in room washer and dryer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff in the "Senses" restaurant were amazing. Our son has severe food allergies and they worked with the chefs to ensure that he had a safe meal to eat each day. They took amazing care of him. Fantastic service from them all. The food was very nice too. Our room was comfortable, and we loved having the balcony with the gorgeous ocean view. Great hotel right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and had a balcony looking over the private beach which was lovely. Great breakfast as well with lots of choices. Staff were very helpful and the on site parking made it nice and easy. Great location too - easy to get to from Naha and not too far away from being able to drive to more attractions in the northern part of Okinawa.
