What was pleasantly unexpected was how welcoming & fun John was & how he really set the tone for our stay. He made everything go seamlessly & was so knowledgeable! I gave 4 stars for “property condition and facilities” for this reason. Hotel was near freeway but we did’t hear much noise of cars. Except shower water, we were happy to stay there. "
