"It took a long time to get checked in because they were short of cleaning staff. Our room was not ready until sometime after 4:00p.m. Otherwise, the room was comparatively clean and all was in order. After a long day after our first night, we came back to find our key would not open the door. I called the front desk and she said she would bring us a new key right away. 40 minutes later after standing in the hall all that time, our neighbor next to us had to go get the key for us. We are in our eighties and nineties and didn’t have the strength to go down 4 floors, so a younger neighbor did it for us. On the bright side, we could not hear any of the busy road noise on the street below. Air conditioning was good and the breakfast food was nice."

"Terrible!! Towels had stains and a footprint on one (a literal footprint) when asking about the towels having stains and a “FOOTPRINT” …. The response we got was sometime they have spots!!!! That was just the tip of the iceberg!!!!"
