Pure Michigan awaits! Just two blocks from downtown Central Lake with all its small town charm. Features beautiful woodwork throughout, a well equipped kitchen, large office space, smart TV & fast WiFi. Just a short walk to Mammoth Distillery, Thurston Park Playground & easy access to the chain of lakes. 10 minutes drive will take you to Lake Michigan, Bellaire, Shorts Brewery & Torch Lake. Offers garage & off street parking for up to 5 vehicles. Enjoy all northern Michigan has to offer from the comfort of this two story home which features original hardwood floors and tile on the lower level where you will find a well equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry and modern appliances, stainless steel cookware and lots of kitchen essentials to prepare great meals. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower next to the laundry room with washer and dryer available for your use. Living room features a queen murphy bed and sectional couch as well as a natural gas fireplace for the colder months as well as central air cooling for the summer months.

Upstairs features cathedral ceilings, large south facing windows, well-lit dedicated office space, and family room with a small couch large enough to sleep on if you are not too tall, as well as a closet for your use. There are some books, games, puzzles and toys available as well.

The spacious master suite has beautiful cedar walls, two large closets and a king size bed. The attached master bathroom has tile floors, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.

There is a covered wrap around porch and a patio to enjoy your morning coffee, or wine in the evening. Detached two car garage can be made available for your use as well as a covered car port.

Located just two blocks from downtown Central Lake and a short and easy drive to Lake Michigan, Shorts Brewery, Bellaire, Torch Lake and the entire chain of lakes, this delightful house will make a great base for all of your northern Michigan adventures!
