SHERATTON BEACH VILLAGIO HOTEL

"The room was clean and in good condition. When we arrived we asked about laundry service, but they would not tell us the price. We had to have laundry done and the cost was over $120 for one large load of laundry. The whole place smelled of sewage and the toilet in our room leaked. The water for the shower was salty, there was no fresh water to shower or wash with. When we asked about bottled water, they would only provide 500ml/ person per day. They told us we could buy water for the water dispenser from a local store if we wanted, but they would provide no more. The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with two beds for our kids. The living room was very large. The kitchenette was also large, but only had 1 plate and a few rusty utensils. The plate didn't even fit in the microwave oven. The access to the beach was great. The pool was clean and well kept. The food we had at the restaurant tastes good and so did the drinks we ordered. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a few days"
