"Excellent hotel. Staff from reception, canteen, pool, and room very friendly. Canteen had good selection of food in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Superior room view in balcony was obstructed. Room clean but needs re modelling with decoration and furniture. "

"We had an ocean front room and the view was beautiful. Both pool areas were very close. The food was excellent for all meals, with many choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this resort. "

"The room was a suite, beautiful once. But withno maintenance it had deteriorated to an absurd amount, bathhroom cabinet doors almost falling off in your hands, dirty paint, tv has 4 channels 3 are football, hdmi ports removed, even the room number had missing numbers The pool is the best feature if you ignore the many missing tiles. Ordering food is easy mostly, thecwaut is ridiculous but when it comes it is delicious and fresh. Breakfast is just ok. Staff are friendly enough. But everything is worn. The bed was great comfortable. Had to plead to get a second swipe to keep the ac running when i went out ofvtge room. Cleaners turned up when they want. Even wake you to clean the room in the morning. It is way overpriced. Stay once only, not again"

"Rooms are basic and in need of modernising and decorating - old and dirty, and the doors are very insecure. Service is terrible, most staff are very slow and indifferent, assuming that is you can actually find them. Drinks take an age to arrive and you have to ask several times. If you are looking for cheap and cheerful then the hotel is ok, but it is not somewhere i would choose to stay again. "
