"It was a very beautiful experience here at the Heritage Hotel. The host was super super on ground. They gave us a very early check-in check-in typically starts at four, but I told them that we are arriving at 6 AM and they were not only waiting at 6 AM they had sent a message when they didn’t see us wondering if everything was OK that was so sweet of them. "The restaurant Revive is the high and acts as the lobby mainly because the internet service is so poor in the ooms and garden. I am told they are fixing it, but seriously 2036, it should have been modernized 4 years ago. The rooms need attention.the tile floors need to be polished. They advertise desk in room but it is shelf not a work height with no powerpoint. So it is Not a desk. Did not get daily room service as advertised, maybe i had to ask. Lastly the shower head did not fit in the overhead holder. So it had to be used with one hand Despite above it is a very pleasant, reasonably priced well located hotel in Kololo. I hope they put attention to rooms as they the restaurant."
