"The property is truly beautiful. The place is tastefully decorated and the rooms were very clean. Personally, i slept like a baby. The hotel is located near Makerere University. The staff were very friendly and the chef made it a point talk to us and find out how we like the food. "

"Reception staff were very friendly and courteous. Wait staff, although there always many around, paid little attention to customers. Food quality was okay, but key items (like cheese) were sometimes unavailable making many dishes unavailable. Food and drinks were delivered exceedingly slowly. Getting a Coke Zero & burger for dinner was a two hour event. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, but there were only two bath towels and no hand towels. When I asked for one I was given a washcloth that was not replaced the next day. On my last day a bath mat appeared. Breakfast buffet had many options but little was fresh. A little more attention to detail, especially around food and beverage service would be great."
