"This hotel was beautiful, but the road to get there may not be worth it. It eventually turns into a dirt road and it can be dangerous. It is a very long way up the mountain. The only way to get there is a tuktuk or scooter, but that still could be dangerous. Just know that it is a long way out of Kandy."

"We stayed in this hotel for three days while we explored Kandy. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful serene. There is a high level of attention to detail with the rooms, everything has been carefully considered. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is outside of the city, the hotel is more than happy to arrange transport to and from the centre at short notice. The food is cooked to order and tasted delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. Special mention to the organic farm they have, we enjoyed a tour and all our meals sourced ingredients from right on site. Location was close enough to Kandy for sightseeing but much nicer to be away from the city and surrounding by nature and the mountain view. Especially from the spa pool!! Highly recommend"

"Days Inn is located at the top of a hill which means great views but a long walk up! Our bedroom had a little balcony which was nice and the room was clean. Our bathroom had an open drain and did not smell great which was a downside. The breakfast was fresh fruit and eggs with toast each morning which was well prepared, however we were hoping for more traditional style breakfasts! "

"My family and I stayed at Radisson during November 2025 in lake view suites and deluxe and triple rooms as we were a large group. We were received with a warm welcome from the first day and were taken care of well by the entire staff. The Radisson Kandy is clean and well organized with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The hotel is also close to all of the local main attractions and the city center. We highly recommend staying at the Radisson Kandy for any traveller."
