--- The hotel is beautiful. The location is also excellent. However, we arrived from Australia after a 34-hour flight and asked the reception if we could at least freshen up with a quick shower, as we arrived very early. We understood that check-in was only at 3 pm, and we didn’t expect early room access, but it would have been greatly appreciated if we could use the spa area just to shower before heading out. They stored our bags, which was helpful, but they did not allow us access to the spa...

I booked this hotel for my girl and found the staff to be extremely helpful, assisting with transfers and massage. Very happy with their service highly recommended

Every aspect of our stay was excellent. The peace and quiet, the view, the great sleep! The late check-in was handled well with a direct transport to the top of the hill and our early departure was also handled well. One small criticism is the system used to get up and down the hill. Once a call is made requesting transport down the hill it can take 20 mins(or more if someone takes the transport you called) for the off-road vehicle to take you to the restaurant. Spotless, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

Clean and tidy with great staff

Only had one night here - beds were super comfortable and staff friendly. If I get the chance to come back to Antigua I would stay here again.
