--- The hotel is beautiful. The location is also excellent. However, we arrived from Australia after a 34-hour flight and asked the reception if we could at least freshen up with a quick shower, as we arrived very early. We understood that check-in was only at 3 pm, and we didn’t expect early room access, but it would have been greatly appreciated if we could use the spa area just to shower before heading out. They stored our bags, which was helpful, but they did not allow us access to the spa...

I booked this hotel for my girl and found the staff to be extremely helpful, assisting with transfers and massage. Very happy with their service highly recommended

Spotless, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent. The peace and quiet, the view, the great sleep! The late check-in was handled well with a direct transport to the top of the hill and our early departure was also handled well. One small criticism is the system used to get up and down the hill. Once a call is made requesting transport down the hill it can take 20 mins(or more if someone takes the transport you called) for the off-road vehicle to take you to the restaurant. Incredible. Everyone is so lovely and helpful and they upgraded us for free without asking. Really wonderful Hotel it's beautiful and modern but keeps that original charm. Highly recommend.

This is a unique property with an amazing feel, hacienda style garden court yard, beautiful private court yards and fountains.. Devine. The food is up there for any foodie critic and for that is worth it. I would say the best food in Antigua
