We are sorry for any confusion we caused with the food outlet times...the restaurant hours recently changed so the Mid City Grill only offers breakfast from 8a on the weekends. Thank you for the review and nice score.Our restaurant opened that day for breakfast, through 11a, and then had to close as the shift who arrived was sick, as sometimes is the case with team members who work in close proximity to each other. So rather than risk the health of our guests and other team members, we made the decision to close one of our two outlets. The deli remained open until 2am.

Hi Douglas, Thank you for staying with us and for providing feedback on your experience. As our HVAC is not a central air system, the individual units will not be as quiet as a centralized system. We will ensure Engineering continues to evaluate the units so that they are running as efficiently and noise-free as possible. Unfortunately, they will never be silent. We have also placed tinting covers over the temperature displays...we will check that room to ensure that tinting is in place for the comfort of all future guests. I am sorry we are not a great fit for you and if you need any assistance going forward, I am happy to personally facilitate. Thank you again.

Our housekeeping team will not enter a room during a guest's stay unless a service/supplies are requested, we apologize for not conveying that more clearly upon check-in. We are happy to service rooms daily in any way upon request. As a 200 year old historic building, we are not brand new...we continually update our rooms and continue to do so...we always focus on cleanliness and comfort.
