"When we checked in the staff at the desk was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable although it did kind of tilt toward the head. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing that would have been better is if it was a walking shower instead of a tub and if the mini fridge had a freezer. I appreciated that there was shampoo conditioner and body wash available And that there was green space for us to walk our dog. The bathroom was spacious. The only other thing would have been nice to have some streaming channels even if they were only free."

"I love Annabelle Gardens. I've stayed there numerous times over the years whenever I need lodging in Lincoln, NE. The staff is absolutely the best. The units feel like home. The grounds are well-kept, and the gazebo in the common area is fantastic for hanging out in nice weather."
