Mount Lemmon Lodge

"Front desk and gift shop staff were incredible. The lodge and room were both beautiful. Electric fireplace was such a nice addition and the heat aspect of it can be turned off if you just want the ambience. The outside grounds and gardens were great. Beyond Bread inside the hotel seemed expensive at first glance but the size and deliciousness of the menu items match up to it. The bread is fresh. The covered parking is a little tight — my Corvette struggled to maneuver around in there. No worries — plenty of parking outside. A compact car would have no issues in there. There are water conservation steps in place for Summerhaven. If you’re from Arizona like us this might be something you’re used to. If not — they’re posted everywhere and you should heed them! It’s a small thing you can do so that places like this can continue to operate. :)"

"I have to say that hotel is one of the nicest places I have had the opportunity to visit in Tucson AZ area so if you want a little more in the way of rest and relaxation and you really don't need to be in the city, this is the place for you."

"We went to this location during the 4th because our dog is afraid of fireworks. This was the first 4th we were actually able to sleep through the night! It was so quiet. JP was very nice and told us about a lavender farm across the street that had farm animals and a cute gift shop, it was worth the trip. The place was just the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs, we have hopes of going back next year over the 4th."

"The house was fine. Only drawback was it blows a fuse every time you use the hair dryer. The classes, activities and music were less than expected (compared to the 6 other 55 communities we tried in Arizona and that impact is doubled due to the remote location. This may have partially been due to the proximity to Summer. Still had fun and enjoyed the home"

"What a wonderful vacation home! The house had everything we needed and the host was fabulous. We had some changes to our plans and the communication was excellent. We would book again for next year, but it is already taken. A great experience!"
