"POS wasn’t working so could not pay with credit card. Paid with USD (didn’t have enough €) so got a terrible exchange rate. Other than that front desk was nice and they even offered to pack breakfast for an early departure "
"The staff were excellent, the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good. However, the building work around the hotel made relaxing at the pool and on the terrace impossible. The hotel, or Expedia, should advise guests, before they book that the disruption is intrusive and makes the pool area unsafe (by UK standards). "

Our room was very large and had a great view of the mountains from the 9th floor. I believe there are only 2 rooms on the top floor, so it was perfectly quiet. The complimentary spa facilities were lovely
