"I was not sent a code to get into the house. Had to call the vrbo office and they got a hold of the hostess and we got the code.However when I got into the house the double bed had been slept in and there were towels on the washing machine.Called the office again and they looked into their emails and found out they’d heard from the the house cleaner.
