Wonderful hosts! Offered everything to their guests to feel welcomed and comfortable. We stayed in The Captains Room. Excellent sheets!! Centrally located between Osterville and Hyannis. Centerville is a beautiful little town. A great stay.

Smartly decorated, immaculately kept with owners that clearly enjoy their work. Their breakfasts are a big cut above the "Sara Lee/Jimmy Dean World" of too many B and B's today. Great location to boot.

Room decoration is so beautiful. Everything is clean and tidy. Owners are very friendly and kind. Garden with water stream and pond provides excellent atmosphere. Ornaments around the hotel are well chosen and everything is cute.

Wonderful three days stay
It is hard to know where to start, the hosts Marc and Donna are outstanding on arrival Marc greeted us in the parking area offering to carry our luggage,and then gave us a full tour of the property. Breakfast each morning was above and beyond expectations, we have been using Hotel .com for well over ten years and very rarely give a TEN on any stay if possible I whoud give the Long Dell Inn a TWENTY. One couple staying told us this was the seventh year in a row they had stayed and infact did book for next year

Great location. Marc and Donna were great host. The Inn is located near the beach. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was made to order. Yummy! Recommend highly! I came by bus and Uber over to Hyannis. Thanks for a great stay!

Inn is lovely, but male innkeeper is obnoxious
This Cape Cod inn is lovely; however, the innkeeper is really OBNOXIOUS and needs to tone it down about three notches (made me very uncomfortable because I was traveling solo). He asked me MANY questions during the checkin process, which were none of his business, plus he got visibly annoyed at me when he served me RUNNY eggs for breakfast after I told him to make sure they'd be cooked "over hard" (runny eggs make me feel ill). I'll NEVER stay here again.

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the centrally located and well-maintained Long Dell Inn. Marc and Donna were excellent and entertaining hosts, providing valuable local insights into the area, scrumptious breakfasts, and great personalized hospitality. We've stayed at many locations around the world and our weekend on the Cape was truly memorable thanks to the perfect setting that the Long Dell Inn provided. Lovely home in a central location on the Cape. Lots of tips for restaurants and route guides from our hosts who have an excellent knowledge of the area. Home cooked gourmet breakfasts each morning. Our hosts Donna and Marc were very friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

We spent Labor Day Weekend at the Long Dell Inn and absolutely loved our experience! From the moment we arrived, Mark and Donna were friendly, welcoming, and gracious hosts. The grounds are well-groomed and charming, with an outside sitting area and hammocks in the backyard. The inn itself is clean and comfortable, and the rooms (including the bathroom) are spacious. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and this was one of the best nights of sleep I have had in a hotel. Craigville beach is about a 10-15 walk, and the Inn has towels and beach chairs for guests to bring with them. Craigville is one of the better public beaches I have been to on the mid-cape. The two-course breakfast (served by Mark and Donna) both days was delicious and the portions generous. They are also extremely flexible to any dietary restrictions or preferences. Mark and Donna are very knowledgeable about the area and have great recommendations on the best restaurants and activities. Four Seas Ice Cream right down the road is also a must. We will be recommending the Long Dell Inn to friends and family, and would love to stay again in the near future!

The Long Dell Inn is someplace I look forward to returning to. We only stayed for one night as we had a family wedding in Osterville and had traveled from Maine. We felt so very comfortable here. The owners go out of their way to make you feel that way - top notch hospitality! The rooms are exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. Each room is unique. The homemade breakfast is something you don't want to miss! I would recommend this place to anyone planning to head to Cape Cod!

Nice location for seeing the Cape
Nice B&B. We found the intro/orientation a bit much (plan about 15-20 minutes to hear about all the inn's details/rules/policies/requests/and points of pride). The room had a musty smell that put a damper on the room experience. Nice decor and bright, sea-themed room appropriately mixed with antiques. More table top space would be nice, but there really isn't space for larger furniture. An extra towel would've been good as well as a full sized ironing board instead of the table top model (for which there was not table to put it on). There were exactly two towels for two people in line with their environmental commitment, perhaps. We passed on having breakfast but heard good things about it. Not sure how I feel about the cost of the room vis-a-vis the room and amenities. Still, not a bad room/experience. Probably wouldn't stay there again, however.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Long Dell Inn B&B (an historic Sea Captain’s Home) this past weekend. Marc and Donna are wonderful hosts and have a beautiful property. Prior to arriving I received a friendly phone call from Marc inquiring if I had any allergies and any additional needs during my stay. The property is well maintained inside and out. On the outside, the grounds are beautiful and there is a wonderful garden with a waterfall where you can relax and enjoy the incredible flowers and landscaping. The inside of the house is beautifully restored and renovated. The attention to detail is impressive. I loved all of the little touches. My room (with a private bathroom) was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. No detail was forgotten. The homemade 2 course breakfast was also excellent. Everything was made from scratch with local ingredients. The location is also really convenient. You can easily walk to the sites in Centerville, the beach is nearby and it’s a quick drive to Hyannis/Osterville. If you are in the area I highly recommend you stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

The beautifully designed property which is mixing charm and character of the original times with all the advantages of contemporary comfort living and up to today technology. It is perfect to the dot. Everything is thought of and brought to you with care and loving touches. Very personable service. Marc and Donna are excellent hostesses. They make you feel like you are a long time friend who is the most welcomed in their loving home. The breakfast is included in the price and it is to die for. Personally cooked and served by Marc, who has an exclusive test for food. Walk 20 minutes to the most beautiful beach on Cape Cod or drive 2 minutes.

Beautiful and comfortable stay at Long Dell Inn. Very close to downtown Hyannis and the beach, surrounded by awesome restaurants, and a quick 15-minute ride to the ferry stop (costs $25-$30 to park for the day but an Uber price estimate was $17 one-way). Greeted warmly by Marc and Donna, given a vast amount of information about the Cape and its sights and eateries--even a planned driving loop to catch sights and bites! Snacks and water/coffee/tea available all day, and a beautiful patio with waterfall and gardens to kick back and enjoy. Breakfast served 8-930 in the morning and it is delicious! Fresh fruit, baked good, and gourmet breakfast made to order (and customized to dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarianism)). Room is charming and cozy, perhaps two feet on either side of queen bed. Plenty of plugs, available tv, mini fridge, and air conditioning. Marc and Donna are a wealth of knowledge about the Cape and wonderful hosts. Would stay again.

Can't wait to go back
We had no idea what to expect, but were completely blown away by the location, food, and hospitality. Our initial reservation elsewhere was cancelled, and they accommodated us last minute. Having never stayed at a B&B before, we didn't realize how wonderful the experience could be. We had a cute little room, with rocking chairs right outside. Breakfast in the morning was easily one of the best parts of our trip! Everything was fresh and cooked to order, with fruit salad, a breakfast bread (delicious with coffee!), and a different 'main course' for breakfast each day. If we're ever in the Cape again, we would stay here in a heartbeat!

First B&B Stay
Marc was welcoming from the beginning of our stay until the very end. Our check in time was posted at 3 but I received a phone call at noon letting me know my room was ready. Once we arrived we were provided with a tour of the house and sightseeing suggestions. The room we stayed in was very clean and had was located in the back where we had privacy. Breakfast in the morning was always great and enough to tide you over until dinner. The inn is located within a .5 miles of the craigsville beach. I would highly recommend staying at the long dell inn. Marc and Donna have a passion for being the inn keepers and ensure that you have a great time!

Lovely Inn with Great Service
We were delighted with our visit. The Long Dell Inn was more reasonable than other hotels in the area for this busy season. We went for the reduced rate, however, we found much better service than we have gotten. The locality was only a pleasant 20 minute leisurely walk to the beach. The staff treated us like royalty. The generous meals were gourmet breakfasts (which were included in the price). The Carriage House lower level had a lovely porch with rocking chairs, all for our use. Our room was lovely, with all amenities, including hair dryer. The bed and breakfast was like an intimate hotel, where you received personal service but were given plenty of privacy. The inn was quiet. The staff were most respectful and personable.

Donna and Marc were great hosts. We had a GREAT time. The room was super clean, the sheets were so soft and cozy, the breakfasts were beyond delish and the coffee was hot and plentiful. We found this place on hotels.com on a whim but will definitely go back & stay longer. All the guests were very nice and eager to tell you where they were from. Despite the crummy weather, we had a great time because Donna and Marc helped us to find lots of fun things to do and offered so many resources to make our days full.

Long Dell Inn -Excellent B&B in Cape Cod
We had a great experience at the Long Dell Inn. The Inn is in the heart of the Cape and is very close to the beach and Hyannis for shopping and wonderful restaurants. The Long Dell Inn is cozy, comfortable, and is beautifully decorated. Each guest room is decorated in a unique theme and has a large private bath with luxury amenities. The owners, Marc and Donna, were so kind and helpful in pointing us to several options for excursions and dining. They served a delicious and plentiful breakfast each morning as well. I would definitely recommend this Inn and will return again soon!

When one stays at a bed and breakfast there is always some doubt in the back of your mind about how the overall service you will receive. The service from Long Dell Inn is superior in each and every way ! From help with luggage to a good night's rest in a nice clean room to a hot breakfast - one could not ask for a better experience.

Marc came out to welcome us on arrival, customer service with friendly attitude. Helped with bags and gave advice about Cape cod with maps and driving advice. We settled into a comfortable room, quiet surroundings. Marc and Donna provided a list of eating establishments in nearby Hyannis. Breakfast was always excellent fresh cooked and catering to individual needs. Innkeeper s exceed expectation highly recommended, full of good advice.

My sister and I traveled to Cape Cod for the first time and could not have picked a better place. It was so comfortable. the breakfast was amazing and very filling and the Innkeepers are awesome. They are very familiar with the area and had to lots to offer in the way of what to do and where to eat. Amazing place and we would absolutely go back when we visit Cape Cod again.

Although we only stayed one night, we found everything right nearby: the beach, restaurants and the ferry terminal. It's also a short ride to other attractions on the cape. Our host Marc was incredibly accommodating (breakfast was amazing.)

The owner, Mark, was extremely helpful in giving me and my wife ideas on what to do with our time in the area as well as restaurants we should visit. The service each morning with breakfast was phenomenal, as was the food. You really felt like you were being pampered and that Mark and Donna truly cared about how your trip was going and your plans for the day. The rooms were a bit small and bland for my liking, but I'm used to hotel rooms and had never been to a B&B before, so that is probably part of it. Either way, I had a great time at Long Dell Inn. Great location, great service, great food, and great owners. If you find yourself in the area, I'd recommend a stay.
