Updated clean home

Convenient location, very clean, updated home. The online pictures are accurate, the finished basement is actually more spacious than the photos show. We enjoyed our time here, and would definitely stay again.

nice option near stony brook

stayed here with my parents and 4 other adults to visit my son at stony brook. The house is very clean and well decorated, new kitchen with all the necessary tools. We will stay here again.

Great place for family stay.

House was clean and spacious and there no problems with the accommodation. The living space was nice for our family to gather and visit as was the outside enclosed space. It was quite roomy with a nice big kitchen.

Great house for family gathering

My family and I loved the house. It was very clean, the host was easy to contact and there was plenty of parking. The extras were so convenient, too (toiletries, coffee, various charging cables, laundry detergent). We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, Cozy, & Clean

Our family of 7 adults Visited Long Island for a family wedding. This VRBO was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and it was exceptionally clean with lovely decor. Owner Kerry responded very quickly to inquiries. Location was ideal for travel between family events in Islip and at the nearby Three Village Inn in Stony Brook. It was a short drive to the Stony Brook hotel where other family members were staying. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Great stay

Overall, this was a great stay. The house was clean and as advertised. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Lake Grove, Stonybrook, and Port Jeff. A few recommendations for minor improvements: more towel bars/hooks in the bathroom and an upgraded coffee maker. Regardless, we would happily stay here again when visiting Long Island.

Kerri's home was perfect for our stay! The home was very well kept and spacious. It was the perfect staging area for my groomsmen to get ready in prior to my wedding. It would also be the perfect space for a group of 8 people with ample bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate a larger group

Beautiful NEW private home! Awesome!

This 4bdrm home looks like it is brand new on large private lot. Great spaces indoor and out, including two levels of living with full BR, living/TV room and bedroom(s) on each level. Great for family or friends getaway to gather but also have separate spaces. Tasteful decor promotes comfortable relaxing environment Large yard great form outdoor chatting, dining or play. We will definitely book again when in town!

A gem on Long Island

We stayed at this vacation rental to visit family members. This rental exceeded our expectations. Its been very well done and was very comfortable. The photos don't do it justice. Highly recommended.

VRBO Centereach

Great location. Only a 20 minute drive to Patchogue. Perfect setup, 3 bedrooms on main floor and one bedroom in finished basement. This worked out perfectly for Grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. Will definitely rent again when the whole family gets together at our son’s in Patchogue .

Picture perfect home!

My entire family was amazed at how perfect this home was! It looked right out of a magazine article. Every room was perfectly decorated and so comfortable. It fit our family of 10 perfectly. Everyone had their own room and the beautiful finished basement was awesome. Our host Kerry was always reachable and took care of any of our requests. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Perfect location

We were a group of 3 brothers and wives plus a high schooler in LI for a family wedding. This home was perfect for us. The location was centrally located for all of the events we were there for. One couple had never used VRBO and truly loved the experience. Just an FYI, the basement bedroom does not have a door which was a little odd but my husband and I used the basement and it was ok, but it might make a difference for some guests.

Excellent stay

The house was very neat and clean. All of the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well organized and updated. The bedrooms were very neat and had a television with cable options. One suggestion would be to have a dresser of some kind in each room. Some rooms did not have one, even though the closets were quite spacious. Some renters would prefer to unpack and put smaller items in drawers. Overall, this home was an excellent choice, conveniently located, and is highly recommended for a most pleasant experience.

Great Stay in Centereach

We had a great stay here! Kerry was a good communicator from the start. He answered all my questions and even found us a pack n' play with linens for my 7-month-old grandson. The place was spacious and spotless with easy access to Stony Brook for my son's graduation. The area was very convenient with restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. I especially appreciated that the door to the downstairs level was lockable to keep our 2-year-old grandson safe. The washer and dryer were a huge plus getting us through our few days there without having to bring a lot of extra clothes. There were plenty of linens and towels. The downstairs bedroom has no door, which worked fine for us since my husband and I were the only ones using that space, but for families that might be a problem.
