"I'm usually pretty lax about hotels, for example: smells like cigarettes/weed (not ideal, but no problem), outdated (no problem). This property wasn't clean!! Room had ants and cockroachs. This is my red line. I can deal with a lot, but not clean is a red line. Do not stay here!!"

They have you pay extra for a view, when the view is the parking lot. And the curtain had a rip in it, causing it to start falling off the rod. When I saw something crusty on the ice tongs, I left early! Never again. 😤"
