"I was placed in a room that was situated in a dark concealed corner. The smell of marijuana was overpowering. The door wasn’t completely latched before I even tried to open it. When I opened it I noticed why- the frame on the inside was busted (deadbolt gone). The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The bed was half made (did they even clean the room?!) and peeling paint/mold covered the walls. Felt completely NOT SAFE! Immediately checked out and left- no refund offered. Still waiting on the required deposit (even though they have my card info) to be refunded. "
