"Great customer service, i was helped quickly, he was very friendly, 20$ nightly deposit, but i wasnt satisfied with the room. The water slowly drained so i didnt even get to take a shower after my daughter, u could see visible stains on the mattress, tv was grainy, used our tablet to watch shows instead. My key card took like 5 swipes before it let me in. Would not stay there again."

"Parking is easy, the ac did not cool off the room enough, I set it at 69 and by morning it was at 71 or 72. But the room is great, spacious. Housekeeping did not come every day so our trash was overfilling. The indoor pool was decent, but there was never any towels. The towels they have are also very small, they're hair/face towels. I brought my petite 6 year old and those towels don't even wrap around her, went to go ask for more towels and they seemed hesitant. Stingy with their towel use, which I can understand, HOWEVER, again they're small towels not full sized for any human being over the age of 5. Breakfast staff was friendly, housekeepers were friendly and even front desk was friendly. My only complaint is the lack of towels & small towels"

"The place was worn! It wasn't nasty - it just didn't seem to try very hard. The elevator didn't work and it's been out for months! I was told it was out in JANUARY! How do you, as a 4-5 story hotel, keep your elevator out of order?! My room had a broken, exposed piece of wood where they've tried to remove the curtains or something. My carpet was very worn. The stairwells - you HAD to use - were dirty. The breakfast was...ok. The whole place just screamed, "We're not terrible, so we're ok with very mediocre.""

"I knew this wasn’t going to be the nicest hotel but we didn’t sleep well. There was some loud music playing until 2 am and loud motorcycles not the hotels fault just it’s neighboring business. The bedding was stained and yellow. The bathroom was patched with black mildew/moldy looking areas. "
