"It was perfectly located with nice views over the marina and pedestrian bridge. Spacious, well equipped. Check in was straightforward. Staff pleasant. We are likely to stay there again."
"Older building with a few quiks but when the lady who checked me in saw I was very tired she upgraded my room at no cost. Parking is not on site but close. Neighborhood looks a bit sketchy at night but thats my personal feeling."

"The food at the hotel was lovely. We had an evening meal and breakfast. The restaurant staff were very friendly and very attentive.
The bar was adequately stocked, but I think they missed a trick. The hotel is pretty close to Penderyn distillery , yet stock nothing of their range. I for one would definitely have spent more at the bar if more Welsh or local beverages had been on offer. A black dragon cider would have been preferable to a bland Singha beer, or a penderyn single malt over whatever generic brand X whisky.
The only other issue was the shower in the room was very underpowered. Not sure if it's a water pressure issue, but there was no way to use it effectively without having the shower head in you hand & even then it was not great.
Overall, due to the lovely friendly team looking after us,.we would stay again."
"We arrived late, rushed to our restaurant reservation nearby, returned to Morgans to have a quiet night cap.
So shopping and views irrelevant to us.
Shall be returning asap "
"Staff were exceptionally friendly, really helpful in sharing local knowledge, where to eat, places to see. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was standard holiday inn breakfast, enough parking available. I would stay again "
