Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

"The hotel is charming, and carefully decorated. We had a spacious room with a fabulous Dolimite mountain view. The staff are the best, very nice and helpful with information and directions. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked nice and is a great option because there aren't a lot of restaurants open in the off season. We were there for 2 nights, which was perfect!"

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was an occasional foul septic odor which would go away but was noticeable daily. This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean, likely because they have been recently fully remodeled. The bed and bathroom are very comfortable, and there is plenty of parking space. The breakfast is good, and they even prepared a breakfast bag for us because we had to leave early before the restaurant opened. The only area for improvement is the main dish at dinner."

"Overall, the apartment was very good. It was excellently equipped, the view was wonderful, and the size was excellent. However, the bathroom could use some improvement. The water pressure was too weak, and the shower head would not stay in position, so the water sprayed toward the wall. It was not possible to tighten the holder. In addition, there was a leak from the bottom of the shower. The leak was discovered on Thursday, and the host said she could only send someone to repair it on Monday. This meant that we had to deal with the leak for three days."
