"We had a nice balcony with a view of the picturesque hillside and an extra bed which we used as a sofa. The queen size bed was very close to the twin bed so not much walking room but the bed was very comfortable. Wish we had asked for blankets as the sheets were not warm enough for the chilly nights. The breakfast buffet was a treat and had the typical European rolls, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, eggs, and cereals but the dinner food was less tasteful. "The location was great and staff kind. Great kid bed. Seemed like it's usually a solid hotel. The hotel lost electricity when we were there. Elevators stopped working with someone in them, and all guest passports had to be rechecked. They were overwhelmed with passports and had them lined up on the front desk. Did not seem secure. Also, I'd rather pay less than eat their breakfast. There is a great cafe across the street, and the hotel's offerings were mediocre."
