We will be back…..

It was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and We would deffinatelly chose to stay there again for a shorter stay in Celle. The staf is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in the middle of town / Altstadt.

Easy and efficient- but a little noise

Fine hotel close to the old city center. Easy to park in the parking house next to hotel. Friendly staff. Good running and walking routes close to the river. Noise from the street so difficult with open windows.

Sehr kleines Zimmer und ein sehr enges Badezimmer. Die Heizung war bei meiner Ankunft ausgestellt und es war dementsprechend frisch im Raum. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich.

Zimmer okay, Bett wie eine Luftmatratze

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und sauber. Das Bad empfand ich als sehr klein. Grundsätzlich ist alles gut ausgestattet, wirkt aber wie eine Zeitreise in die 90er. Was bei dem Preis vollkommen okay ist. Ich verstehe grundsätzlich die Notwendigkeit von Hygienebezügen auf Matratzen. Aber hier gab es unter dem Laken einen Gummiüberzug um die Matratze, bei dem man nach zwei Minuten im eigenen Schweiß liegt. Das fühlt sich an und klingt bei jeder Bewegung wie eine Luftmatratze. Wer damit leben kann, findet hier ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

It would be great if the option to book a parking spot was available when booking the stay. In other hotels I have stayed at, you had spots available for booking and you ”own” it from (e.g.) 11 to 11 (24 h). Also, our window was entirely blocked by a bush-like tree. Would have been nicer to be able to see out.

Ok hotel 3/5. Booked a double bed, got to singles with single linens stacked together. Requested a parking spot with EV-charger as they offer, did not get a response and there were only two at the premises and both booked. Told me the one booked, but not occupied would be occupied later (we arrived after 22pm) and it was not. Also had to pay for the parking.

Lite kundevennlig personale

Personale som starter krangel når man prøver å fortelle at det ikke stod p nett at det kunne være vanskelig med parkering. Etter litt tenking sier de at de vil oppgradere rommet for at vi skal få det roligere. Det var merkelig siden det ikke var noe valg i utgangspunktet.
