The Green Hut – Sunny Family Apartment Near St. Moritz & the Ski Slopes

A cosy and bright apartment, equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in the Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny setting and stands out for its well-maintained style.

The ski slope is just a 5-minute walk away, with direct access to Marguns and Corviglia (St. Moritz). In both summer and winter, the apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes and sports activities such as downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, biking, or tennis.

The 3.5-room apartment on the ground floor was renovated in 2022 and stands out for its warm and cosy style. It offers:
- Living room & kitchen: Dining table, cosy sitting area with a sofa and armchair, and a well-equipped kitchen—from a Bialetti moka pot to a fondue caquelon. Oil, vinegar, spices, tea, and coffee are also provided.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 × 200 cm) and desk.
- Bedroom 2: A bed suitable for single or double occupancy (140 × 200 cm) and a single bed (80 × 190 cm).
- Bathroom & Guest Bathroom: A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as a separate guest bathroom.
- Terrace & Garden: Sunny terrace with a table and lounge chairs. In the summer, the shared garden is also available.
- Laundry Room: The basement also houses the shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a ski and bike storage area.
- Garage: A private garage space (220 cm wide and 205 cm high) is available.

A travel cot and a high chair are available upon request. Please bring your own sheet for the baby mattress and, if needed, a blanket for the baby.
