"I booked this hotel primarily for the view of Lake St. Moritz and the more reasonable room rates. We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel which was approx. 25CHF as it is a very steep walk even with the escalators. The gal that checked us in was very friendly, helpful and provided a good overview of the hotel and town. We did not book the room with breakfast and both mornings walked down to the Hauser Hotel for a perfect breakfast more like back home. We did wish the hotel offered in room coffee but there was none in our room. The room was a bit dated but huge and while the windows were large, you could not open them as they are old and fragile. I will say this was one of the most comfortable beds we slept in over our 2 week trip! I would recommend this hotel if you visit St. Moritz. "

"Fraser Suites in Geneva was adequate for our needs. I would NOT recommend that you choose to partake of the breakfast buffet. The cost was extremely high. Way more than you would pay for any hotel breakfast. Limited choices and food that was just average. During our stay the construction renovation and street repair started at 7 am. We were not advised of the renovation and construction ahead of our stay."

"Need to come prepared. Unfortunately we arrived at 630pm so all the supermarkets were closed. Coffee machine with no pods or even instant coffee or tea. No shower gel or shampoo in the shower"

"We only stayed one night but it was so lovely that we wished we could stay longer. The young gentleman at check in was amazing - so friendly and welcoming. The property itself is charming and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Very nice workers, nice clean bathrooms. We had issues however with this really loud noise the entire time we were there, floors are creaky and very hard to get a good nights sleep, the beds were comfortable and clean, good breakfast. Would reccomend in terms of a hostel but not for extended stay, and make sure you bring earplugs."

"We arrived in heavy rain and the lovely reception staff went and got us towels to dry off before even starting to check us in. Our room was very comfortable. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The lady who looked after us in the restaurant for both meals was very nice too. We appreciated the option of a hotel taxi to the railway station after checking out, but coming in we hadnt pre booked, so the bus 602 from the railway station to the first stop A to the post office worked well and drops you about 300m from the hotel. We had a short but extremely pleasant stay here."
