It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud. They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean towel. So from a hygienic point of view not good at all. It's a cheap enough accommodation but wouldn't stay again. It did what I needed it to.

Check in was easy. My daughter and I arrived in Dublin early in the morning and had no issue accessing early check in. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was also great. Would definitely return.

its as expected and as a hotel should be: clean, functional, etc -- nothing was above and beyond except the woman working weekday afternoons at the front desk, she helped me print something out and gave me directions -- other staff members seemed annoyed. Late checkout is wildly overpriced. No moisturizer, washcloth, tissues, or iron in the room (i only brought one pair of pants so i wasn't going to go to the community washroom to iron in my underwear). TV worked intermittently. Night and am staff seemed highly inconvenienced by any request. It's good for a budget spot but wildly overpriced on weekends. Location is decent.

We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery accommodations. If we were to return to Dublin we would definitely stay closer to the city center and make sure we select a place with AC.

We chose this apartment for its proximity to Temple Bar. We were a family of four staying here for a few nights. Pros: Great location and very walkable to many restaurants and bars. There's a separate living room and bedroom. Looks out over the river. The rental company was pretty responsive and our room was ready early when we arrived. Has a washer/dryer combo. Cons: It was noisy at night and kept up the two people sleeping in the living room on the foldout couch. There's no AC. We didn't realize this when booking it. It wasn't too hot when we stayed but it's definitely a consideration if it's the height of summer. The washer and dryer didn't dry our clothes. We watched the demo video the rental company had on the app but the washer we had didn't match the one in the video and the controls didn't make sense. While there was plenty of room, there wasn't much space to sit down other than on the foldout couch and bed. We weren't in the room a lot, though, so it was fine.
