"It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The restroom is extra small and the shower water sometimes runs out to the living room. There were no trash bags (but one) provided for the kitchen trash can so it was hard to gather all the trash in one bag when leaving. Bed wasn’t as comfortable but doable. "

"The ocean view from the bedroom was amazing! The hotel is quite dated, but they've tried to provide an updated modern space. Our first room was dirty, but the second was better but the mirror was badly damaged. The hall carpet needs replacing. There's no restaurant or room service which is a huge bummer. However, there is a new Hilton Garden Inn across the street that connects with a bridge where theg have some restaurants and breakfast. The Condado does have a small beach at the lagoon on property. The pools are nice and well maintained. There is a hottub, as well. The swimup bar is fun, but closes early. The lobby bar and cafe are nice for after hours. As far as the location...it's perfect! Rideshares are easy to get and.there is lots of places to eat in Condado. You're only about 15 minutes from Isla Verde Beach which we loved and about an hour to Luquillo Beach out past the rainforest. Old San Juan is a 15 minute ride. Basically, if you want to take in all of San Juan Condado is perfect. Of course if you want more luxury you can stay at the Vanderbilt or LaConcha. Overall, the staff was great and the beds slept amazing! And the view from our balcony...amazeballs!! Good spot for the money."
