"The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that.
