Staff as always are brilliant. Room was clean and tidy but was not ‘refreshed’ despite us leaving a tag on the door. The price of the room was astronomic because of the rugby .. seem unfair to hike prices in match days . Also £59 for a bottle of rose and two jamesons made me wince …

9/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
The restaurant wasn’t open, neither were the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi. The tables, chairs, menus and carpet in the bar were grubby. Workmen came into the wet areas of the pool in their outside work boots. This could be a lovely hotel butlacked attention to detsil.

9/10 Wonderful! (4 reviews)
The courtyard garden and outside access need work. The tree over the velux window hits it when there is a breeze. The kitchen is not well equipped compared to other properties we have stayed in. Well decorated and fairly comfortable furniture.
